Scott Springfield Mfg. Inc., founded in 1970, has
grown to become a leading supplier of custom designed air
handlers. In March of 2002, Scott Springfield's commitment to quality was recognized by being granted certification
in the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management Standard by BSI Management Systems, the world's
largest ISO Registrar.
Utilizing the latest technology to design and manufacture an institutional
quality air handler, Scott Springfield's engineering group provides our clientele
with a flexible approach to solving unique air handling problems in a timely manner.
Designs are optimized due to experience gained during our twenty plus years
of custom air handling manufacturing. Designs take into consideration the need for effective
air mixing without stratification, minimal internal pressure loss, quiet operation,
casing integrity and indoor air quality control issues.
Our clientele include medical facilities, post and pre-secondary educational facilities, military and other
government agencies, as well as industrial organizations in oil and gas,
pharmaceuticals and pulp and paper.

Manufacturing

The Scott Springfield Mfg. Inc. fabrication and assembly process is designed
to apply LEAN Manufacturing techniques to our custom manufactured product.
The result is the timely assembly of an extremely high end product.

Our Production Schedule is defined by best fit to customer requested ship dates,
while allowing appropriate material planning, product engineering, and assembly

Our ISO Certification has encouraged highly repeatable results in all aspects of the business from
Procurement through Employee Training to two-fold Final Inspection defect reduction.
